Aberdeen Coast Rescue Team & Portlethen CRT(I)

were paged to a report of lorry which had crashed through the barriers

on the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge with two persons in the river Dee.

Coastguard team, Fire crew & Inshore lifeboat assisted the driver from the vehicle to shore.
 
Bystander was second casualty reported in water,
who ended up with a broken foot after jumping down 15 feet to vehicle.
