Aberdeen Coast Rescue Team & Portlethen CRT
were paged to a report of lorry which had crashed through the barriers
on the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge with two persons in the river Dee.

Coastguard team, Fire crew & Inshore lifeboat personnel assisted the driver from the vehicle to shore.

A bystander was second casualty reported in water,
who ended up with a broken foot after jumping down 15 feet to the vehicle.
